How are you different from a wedding Planner?
    I concentrate on the execution of your wedding day and everything that it takes to make it the happiest day of your life. A full Wedding Planning Coordination service typically attends all the meetings in addition to designing the wedding day with you. Our services combines all the planning, design and vendor teams you've put together to execute the wedding day based on your vision for the day so you don't have to manage all the moving parts of your wedding day.


I’m Type A & a lover of details… I want to execute your wedding day. I’m a wife, mother, and expert multi tasker. I am the girl you call when you want to get sh*t done. My loves are my kids, my hubby, my 2 fur babies & my wine… When I am not executing fabulousness I am on a beach in Costa Rica or catching a Diamondbacks game.

If I had to sum up Jennifer in one word, she is AMAZING. Her attention to detail, poise and confidence the day of was much appreciated. She has a great eye for detail and elegance from moving flowers from ceremony to reception in an artful way, to arranging our picture table and ensuring other aesthetics are flawless. Where Jennifer really stood out for us was her management through a freak storm. While totally unexpected, we were met with dust, wind and rain within an hour of our outdoor ceremony and reception. Jennifer was a much appreciated advocate for us, and while our original locations couldn't be used, she helped ensure as much of our original vision as possible was held onto, and she really directed and drove traffic. There was little we had to do - she took care of so much during what was a very fast and crazy transition time thanks to a late season monsoon. Thank you Jennifer!

YES, you absolutely need a wedding planner (it's a necessity, not a luxury), and yes you should absolutely hire Jennifer. She is OUTSTANDING. // During our wedding weekend, I was going to set up part of the reception the day before the wedding. That didn't happen (an unexpected issue on our venue's end). The morning of the wedding, I woke up early to try to do some of the work, but another logistics issue on our venue's end made it so I couldn't. Here's the important point -- I WASN'T EVEN STRESSED. This was worst case scenario, but I just called Jennifer, said "hey this happened, I'm sorry this is a lot more work than I originally told you", and she said " don't worry! Go enjoy your wedding day, I've got you". Not only did she get it done, she did it so much better than I ever could have imagined. Every single detail was thought of. Fast forward to the reception, and the strap of my dress broke. Jennifer swooped in like batman responding to the bat signal, and literally said "keep enjoying your food, I'll fix this no problem". AND SHE DID. // It's not just the luxury of peace of mind, it's the necessity of dealing with all the little, moving details during the day and the problems that inevitably will arise. Jennifer is attentive to details, thoughtful in her approach, compassionate during stressful times, and proactive in dealing with problems before they even come up. She's accessible, easy to get ahold of, a strong communicator, incredibly organized, and truly the one vendor in my wedding that I would pick over and over and over again without hesitation.

I was originally hesitant about getting a planner because of the price and I didn’t know how much we needed it for our wedding. I’m so grateful we decided to use a planner and specifically this company, it was worth the price and more. Jennifer made our lives SO easy leading up to the wedding and especially on the wedding day itself. We were able to enjoy the day and experience and let her deal with all the timing and other nonsense happening throughout the day. She’s such a lovely person that knows how to get everything done including things you didn’t even realize you needed done. She went out of her way for us to pick things up, set up, and get things finished off. Our wedding wouldn’t have been as special and perfect without her. Do yourself a favor and use Jennifer for your wedding, you won’t regret it!
